behind the scenes of something coming soon

Flowers in my sink can only mean one thing over here… it’s time to pull out my camera 🌸

One of my favorite parts of designing fabric collections is getting to photograph them and bring the whole world of the collection to life. I’ve been spending the week surrounded by fresh flowers, stacks of fabric, sample sewing, and lots of camera play while prepping photos for my newest fabric collection- that I will get to share more about soon!

I always want my fabric photography to feel warm, colorful, and inspiring. I want people to be able to look at the photos and immediately start dreaming about what they want to make. Quilts, bags, bindings, scrappy projects… all of it.

This week has been full in the best kind of way. Lots of sewing, lots of styling, and lots of creative messes around the studio while I work on new images and projects to share with you soon.

And honestly, seeing the fabric come to life through the camera lens never gets old 💛

I can’t wait to show you all of the finished photos soon. There are so many fun things coming together right now and I’m excited to finally start sharing more behind the scenes of the process.

Until then, I’ll just be over here playing with flowers and fabric 😊
