sewing with my fabric collections | project inspiration, resources & quilt ideas

One of my absolute favorite parts of designing fabric is getting to see what all of you create with it.

Truly, it never gets old. Seeing something that started as sketches in my studio turn into quilts, bags, pillows, garments, and projects in your homes feels a little magical every single time ✨

Because of that, I try really hard to provide as many resources as I can, not only for shops carrying my fabric collections, but also for the makers sewing with them.

And honestly… if I had unlimited time, I would sew approximately one million projects with every collection 😂

I have SO many ideas floating around in my brain at all times. Since I can’t physically make all of them myself, I do my best to gather inspiration, project ideas, mockups, fabric pulls, and helpful resources together in one place so you can take those ideas and bring them to life.

My “Sew with My Fabric” Resource Pages

Did you know that each of my fabric collections has its own dedicated resource page on my website?

These pages are separate from my regular blog posts and are meant to act as growing inspiration hubs for each collection. I keep updating them as new projects are made, new mockups come in, or fresh ideas start bouncing around in my head.

Inside those pages you’ll find things like:

  • quilts I’ve made

  • projects sewn by other makers

  • quilt pattern suggestions

  • mockups shared by quilt pattern designers

  • bag and project inspiration

  • fabric pairing ideas

  • helpful blog posts with more details

  • supplies and notions I used

  • links to patterns and tutorials

Basically… lots and lots of ideas to help get your fabric onto the cutting table 💛

A Growing Resource for Quilt & Sewing Inspiration

One thing I really wanted these pages to be was useful.

When I’m planning a project myself, I love being able to see fabric in actual quilts and sewn projects because it helps me imagine how I might use it in my own way. So I try to create the kind of resource that I personally would want to browse through as a quilter.

Sometimes that means:

  • showing finished projects

  • sharing in-progress sewing

  • talking through fabric combinations

  • posting mockups

  • linking patterns

  • brainstorming future ideas

Even if I haven’t physically sewn the project yet, I still love sharing the inspiration behind it.

More Than Just Fabric

I also try to keep additional coordinating resources available whenever I can.

Depending on the collection, that may include:

  • coordinating stickers

  • webbing

  • zipper pulls

  • art prints

  • sewing accessories

  • extra goodies inspired by the fabric

I love creating those little extras because they help extend the personality and feel of each collection beyond the fabric itself.

Looking for Shops Carrying My Fabric?

I also keep a running list of shops that I know are carrying my fabric collections.

I’ll be honest… it is impossible to keep that list perfectly updated because shops and inventory are constantly changing, but I do my best to refresh it once collections begin arriving in stores so it can act as a helpful starting point for anyone searching.

Thank You for Creating with My Fabric

More than anything, thank you for supporting my work and creating with these collections.

Seeing your projects, your color choices, your quilting, and your creativity is one of the biggest joys of this whole process for me. So if you ever sew something with my fabric, please tag me or share it with me. I truly love seeing every single project 💛
